Coming March, the annual World Hosting Days will be known as CloudFest. The annual conference is held in Rust, Germany, at the Europa-Park and this year’s will be held from 10 to 16 March.
CloudFest 2018 is being billed as everything you loved about WHD.global (World Hosting Days) only bigger, bolder and reflecting the entire cloud ecosystem. It’s a place where partners and attendees become as much a part of the program as the inspiring speakers who take to the stage. CloudFest embraces and celebrates the cloud industry – it is everything new and exciting in technology and internet innovation. A place where like-minded thinkers and visionaries collaborate to move the cloud industry forward.
One of the keynote speakers at this year’s CloudFest is Alexander Schulz. Schulz is the slacklining world record holder and is expected to share insights into what it means to conquer your fears. Another is technology futurist Ian Khan who will share his insights into emerging technologies and their effect on trust. In addition to the speakers, CoudFest is promising cool breakout sessions and their legendary after-parties.
CloudFest’s origins were with a singular focus on European hosters. But today’s attendees span the industry to include such specialists as VARs, system integrators, telecoms and registrars. It is expected there will 6,500 attendees hailing from 84 countries with over 200 exhibition partners.
