Companies get their domain names in the first two decisions of .CO domain disputes

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has carried out the first two UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) decisions for .CO domain names since the final of the .CO launch. WIPO resolved in favor of the complaining companies for lafitness.co and tilda.co. Twenty-one .CO UDRP cases have been filed since August. Recently filed .CO domain disputes are: CLS Rémy Cointreau going after e.g. Cointreau.co, Imperial Tobacco Canada Limited going after imperialtobacco.co.
